Our Story
StudentVenture was founded by Liam Jeffery. Determined to solve a widespread problem, he built StudentVenture while studying Economics at the University of Sussex. His evidence-driven understanding of student challenges, combined with practical experience engaging thousands of students and employers, helped shape StudentVenture into a scalable solution.
Under his leadership, the company has attracted senior industry figures, international developers, and secured a landmark partnership with UNiDAYS, giving access to over 29 million students worldwide. Liam’s mission is clear: to create a fair, meritocratic pathway into work for early talent by replacing outdated hiring processes with skills-based, real-world experience and faster, more equitable recruitment.
